<p>Firstly, make sure that if you have not booked your flight and want to avoid the crowds, consider flying into a smaller regional airport and then driving the extra miles to your final destination – as that is going to certainly help you avoid the crowds.</p>
<p>Next, make sure that you check into your flight online – even if you have to check your bags.  That way, you can be ready to get to your gate right away.  Whenever possible, make sure that you secure a seat assignment at the time of booking, it will help you in the long run.</p>
