Now that we have talked a little bit about what it takes to take a Christmas vacation, let’s talk about some of the activities and things that you should be doing.  One of the first things that you need to do whenever you are looking for a last minute vacation is your research.  You want to make sure that you find the very best price and the very best location.

If you really want the full winter experience, I can tell you for sure that you want to go somewhere snowy.  As mentioned before, Alaska is an awesome place to go to really get that winter feel.

Next, you want to decide what you are going to do on your vacation.  For example, skiing is very, very popular on winter vacations and if you do not know how to ski, it might be a good time to learn!
